Although he seemed honest and replied to all my mails at first. When I received the laptop is had a MAJOR fault which made it unusable. He did not state this in the description. After taking the laptop to an offical Apple store they verified that the problem could not have been caused in transit so he definitely knew about the problem when he swapped for my PERFECTLY working phone. Mailed him about it straight away and after a couple of mails back claiming he didnt know about it (even though i gave him photographic evidence) he then suddenly stopped replying leaving me to have to get the laptop fixed out of my own pocket. Not only has this swap cost me money it has stopped me doing important work (which is why i bought the laptop). He describes himself as an honest guy which seemed true right up until I had the problem. Very disappointed
