This was my first RC car and I loved it but I have decided to let it go now.
This comes with the original instructions, the controller and the car itself. The aeriel on the controller has been snapped (see pics), but it just means the range isn't as good. The aeriel does unscrew though so I imagine it could easily be replaced.
The car takes 8 AA batteries, but you can use rechargeables and charge them whilst in the car using a universal adapter (not provided).
Please note: I haven't yet tested the car, but when I get some batteries I will do so. There is some green corrosion on the contacts where batteries have previously leaked inside the battery compartment, but I doubt it's enough to block the contacts entirely.
Great little car, now nearly 30 years old!
