1997 Rover Mini MPi balmoral interi

1997 Mini 1.3Mpi with Balmoral interior Restoration project.
Ive owned this mini since 2015 and hardly used it.
66,600 miles
Been sat on hard standing for last couple of years
It will need general Recommissioning before going back on the road, there is no battery and tyres don't hold air for long so will probably need replacing
But mainly needs bodywork
Id be surprised if it need a lot of work to get an mot on it and make it a rolling project but its going to need quite abit of work to make it mint again
Main bits are the windsreen corners and the front drivers wing is holed.
Before it sat up it had had rear brakes sorted, new quadrants etc.
Front brakes may clean up but if it was me for the price of them i would just bang new on.
I had recently put a genuine expansion bottle and cap on because when i got the mini the bottle had swelled and it had the wrong cap on.
Before i purchased it had, had the head gasket done. it had had new sills either side (proper sills not over sills) they were painted and i think just need a good clean up and repaint again
When i got it someone had jacked it up on the drivers floor and mullered it, i knocked it back straight but never put any paint on it etc so it had rusted abit. i eventually put abit of filler over it because it was still solid but personally think it needs knocking out and a plate putting into it.
Got the balmoral interior in it.
Original wallet and hand books are with it. stamped history up until 2004 and I'm sure somewhere i have another wallet with receipts from previous owner for head gasket etc but i haven't found it at the moment. hopefully will be found by end of auction.

It is however a project that needs work. please study the pictures and make up your own mind

I have put a jump pack in it and it will start and drive. It’s missing. So it will need some fresh fuel in and a good service
