1979 Austin mini

Austin mini 1979 shell with a Vauxhall 2ltr 16v redtop engine running twin 45’s been built very well receipt of £3600 just for conversion in 2019 only covered 350 miles since the build.

Tax and mot exempt was told by previous owner it’s 194bhp I have no reason not to believe him was a honest guy come into me on a px non running and was told just needs fresh fuel and he was right, this is definitely not for the faint hearted very fast car I run a jag xfr 612bhp daily and I honestly think In the right hands it will give the jag a run for it’s money.

Very presentable however does need a few touch ups here and there but bear in mind this is 45 years old and a very solid car.

This little gem starts and drives very well, brakes are not the best but do work ok if it had a standard mini engine would be ok but could do with upgrading.

Does have a fair few updates, roll cage, bucket seats, harnesses, upgraded suspension, mini fin rear brakes this is just what I can see I’m not clued up on minis however my dad is he’s restored them for many years so could put any genuine buyers on to him to give you a better brake down.

This is priced very well in my opinion and not to bothered in selling this one I will happily keep it if it doesn’t pull close to what I’m asking. I won’t entertain silly offers.
