 SWAP FOR A AUTO. forgot to mention it have a 4c service on the dashboard I've had my mechanic look at it when it went for it's mot last year and he said there's nothing wrong with the shocks and that it could be dirt ingress in the connectors but as it doesn't affect the car i didn't look in to it further .
