With the introduction of new MINI in 2001, the Cooper name was reborn under the guidance of John’s son Mike, who began developing aftermarket tuning kits for the new MINI at the original John Cooper premises in East Preston, West Sussex. With official blessing from BMW, the kits were installed at the Cooper garages and at MINI dealers in the UK, Europe and eventually North America.

This example is registered as a Mini One and is numbered 59 according to the official plaque. The above link proves the real existence of these pre BMW/JCW tie up.
Badged JCW and has the correct engine etc. along with coil overs and exhaust system etc. Recently MOT'd [and advisories dealt with] The car is extremely quick and still tight as a drum. Recent tyres. One ot two marks about the body but very presentable. The interior is good save for some stitching to the drivers seat which will need attention.
A good looking car on split rim alloys, air con and windows etc. 1 key, handbook and V5. New MOT and ready for new ownership.
