Geniune campaign model and produced at the Wolfsburg factory as it contains EW in the vin number .
Only on 120000 miles on the clock so only 3000 per year on average however this will go up slightly as still used on dry weekends.
Previous owner had a overhaul of the golf including full window out respray, new floor pan , new interior including seats, headlining and carpets.
She is also sitting on genuine BBS alloy wheels with good tread on all tyres.
Also being over 40 years old tax and mot free although does come with 10 month mot.
The not so good points
Car comes up as a Cat C this is due to it being stolen recovered in 2005, previous owner believes it was stolen to be stripped however it was found shortly afterwards with damage to drivers door barrel and ignition barrel so nothing significant damage.
Previous done most of the work himself and has friend within the mechanical business who helped him restore the car to where she is now however kept no paper work. I have had it checked over by a local classic car garage however and come back with a clean bill of health also have receipt to prove this.
So not really wanting to part with her however selling as need a towing car for upcoming caravan purchase, so if you have a hilux or defender and want a trade.
