Just had a full polish so paintwork is looking very good for the age and mileage.
Pair of Goodyear F1 asymmetric 6 for front bought this year - less than 10k done on them
Modifications and work done: 
Uprated turbo
stage 3 engine and gearbox by Jbm performance - 309bhp with dyno to prove (Been told it is more like 320bhp and definitely feels it!) 
Can only be ran on 99 octane 
Factory fitted reverse camera with parking sensors front and back, reverse camera, cruise control
Wireless apple CarPlay activated on original screen 
Airtec intercooler 
Racing-line induction kit 
Tony bank cat back exhaust with genuine Audi rs3 tailpipes (Sounds insane and very loud)
Brembo disc and pads all around 
IS20 turbo upgrade 
Rtmg gen 3 upgraded clutch with Kevlar disc at 88k
All 4 Spark plugs and injectors done at 90k 
Water pump and thermostat replaced at 91k 
Genuine radiator replaced at 91k 
Car has a few age related marks but exterior and interior very clean for the mileage
Engine and gearbox has always been serviced on time 
Alloys will need a refurb as diamond cut and are curbed and corroded 
Private plate removed and awaiting new v5, original reg is WM65 HSC
