2011 Vivaro 2.0 cdti swb 6 speed manual

Started doing this for the family but things have changed .

Remapped to 157bhp with dyno ( had a boost leak and on crap fuel) so more like around 160

Rare 17 inch o.z saturn alloy wheels

Modified exhaust and carbon closed air intake

Custom headlights with halos

Bonnet with scoop

Grill modified and spotlights done yellow
Front splitter rear spats and custom bumper trim

Vanstyle large rear spoiler for the barn doors

Fully insulated floors walls and ceiling

Mdf pull out bed with storage

All paneled using acoustic panels

Lights in roof and floor done with vinyl

Upgraded radio and some interior panels trimmed black and a digital display that plugs into the obd port for speed turbo boost and a lot more even removes fault codes

Roof bars fitted not cheap ones either rhino load bars!

I also have a lithium battery to be included , brand new not used yet as I don’t have charger or solar yet , it’s a project I was using daily but change of circumstances means I don’t need it, we’ve been all over the country from Lake District to Cornwall wales everywhere and it hasn’t let us down once,

It will need trimming up and power installing etc to make it off grid but we used camping coolers and torches etc gas cooker etc so it’s still good as a overnight day weekend van

It has a couple little issues but nothing that stops it working as it should

Bad bits
Dent on side door quarter as I caught a post due to an impatient driver forcing me to move

Main battery is holding 11.5v so can be a pain to start first start but always does start

Small oil leak from oil filter housing

Was serviced at Vauxhall every year for first 11 years of its life and has been serviced after including receipt for timing chain! ( previous owner contacted me after seeing it on fb group) to tell me and sent me pictures from when he had it for those 11 years) never been a builders van he run a alarm company) 3 owners full v5 dyno sheet and few other bits of paper work

The trims for the door need clips £5 to put them back on

Handbrake needs tightening up

Not in a rush to swap but if a nice car or a larger van is offered I may be interested
