VW Beach Buggy, Rare, 1984/1967.

A rare beach buggy.
I can not find another with this body.
1967 vehicle, converted and re-registered in 1984, so makes it mot/tax exempt. the Q reg does not stop this as done on registered year.

runs and drives, will need a full going over and a few minor things before using it on the road. A light project, as its running and driving.

not been on the road for a few years. Dry stored....

good fibreglass body, paint not great but looks ok from a distance..

bucket seats are not bolted in currently. I would put thinner ones in personally as they are a bit big for the space.
doors unclip/removed in seconds, and store in the back.

wolf-race slot alloys in good condition and the best for the buggy! all tyres have good tread and hold air, but have some cracking.

rear wooden cover for use as a pick up, also has the rear bench seat pads for passengers. needs some tlc....

underneath is in great condition, a solid base.

awaiting the Full V5 from dvla, has now changed to Historic class, so will be tax and mot exempt.
Last mot 5 years ago showed only 2 advisories.

keys, steering lock and push button start. wires all on the dash, could do with a bit of tidying but all easily done.

it is a 1967 beetle base, 1200cc engine, with a letter from vw showing original reg and confirming the year.

this is an easy project that can be on the road quickly. Engine starts and runs well.
